missed-callTechnology is so user friendly these days, our machines do much of our guess work. You no longer have to guess what the number is of the person calling you as it will read out on an LED Display, or on your cell phone, it will save in the recently called number section. With this feature, if the caller didn’t leave a voice message, you still have more of a possibility of finding out who it was.

If you get a call that has a blocked or unknown number, you have but two choices. You can call the number and explain to the person that you missed the call and you are returning it, though you don’t know who it was from, or you can decide that if the call was important, the caller will call back again. If the former is the case, you may end up with a telemarketer on the other end eagerly trying to sell you on whatever product he or she is pushing at the moment.

One the other hand, you may be waiting on an important call and somehow miss it. If the caller id shows up, you can pull the number up on the internet phone number look up services and find out the owner (unless it’s unlisted). Finding out the owner will tell you if it’s that important after interview call, or a new client calling or any number of other important calls.
